This completely dry cider has an added burst of crispness from Fraser Valley rhubarb, and an understated kiss of citrus notes from the addition of Columbus hops, post-fermentation. Naturally co-fermented with the indigenous yeast from the rhubarb, it's slightly cloudy, refreshingly tangy, and just perfect for late summer!
